Privacy Policy & Terms of Use for Azurro VPN

Effective Date: April 12, 2026

Azurro VPN is owned and operated by Oryxa Labs. We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. This document explains our data practices and the terms governing your use of the app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Part 1: Privacy Policy

  1. Strict No-Logs Policy
Azurro VPN operates under a transparent No-Logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store any data related to your online activity. This includes:
    - No logging of browsing history or destination traffic.
    - No logging of DNS queries.
    - No logging of IP addresses.
    - No logging of connection timestamps.

Legal Shield: Because we do not store this data, Oryxa Labs is technically and legally unable to provide any information about your online behavior to third parties, even upon request.

  2. VpnService Disclosure
To provide a secure and encrypted connection, Azurro VPN utilizes the Android VpnService. These APIs are used solely to create a secure, device-level tunnel to protect your traffic from ISP monitoring. We do not use these services to collect personal or sensitive data.

  3. Service Stability & Analytics (Firebase)
To improve app performance, we use Google Firebase services:
    - Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized, technical data (device model, app version) to understand usage. This is not linked to your VPN traffic.
    - Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used for system notifications via an anonymous device token.

  4. Data Minimization
Azurro VPN does not require a login or account registration. We do not show advertisements. Consequently, we collect zero personal identifiers like names or email addresses.

  5. Changes to this Policy
Oryxa Labs reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time; We will not provide individual notifications for these changes. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed about our data practices. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
